About Moza Richie
My name is Moza Richie (pronounced Mo-Zay). I am an Air Force veteran originally from Winder, Georgia. At 19, I embarked on a transformative journey by joining the military in 2016. During my service, I was stationed in Mountain Home, Idaho; Incirlik, Turkey; and Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington.

Throughout my military career, I developed a strong foundation in leadership, management, systems, and professional development. I continue to live by the Air Force’s core values: integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do.

After completing my contract in 2020, I transitioned to higher education. My journey began at Seattle Central College, where a psychology course sparked my passion for understanding people and organizations. This inspired me to switch my major and dive deeper into the subject at California State University, Northridge, where I graduated with honors in 2024.

Combining my love for psychology and business, I decided to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Seattle University. As an MBA candidate, my focus is on enhancing my expertise to drive meaningful change within organizations. I am passionate about creating environments where individuals and teams thrive, shaping a better future for the next generation.
